Eight things to do with a bottle of bigleaf.
Our syrup is darker and rounder than East Coast maple, so it does its best work next to butter, pecans, salmon and soy. These are the eight Amy keeps coming back to.
Tested in the farm kitchen · Every recipe uses our own syrup · Nothing here takes more than an hour

If you’ve tasted our Bigleaf maple syrup, you know that it is different than most maple syrup. One of the most frequent questions we get asked is, “What do you use it for?” While some enjoy our syrup straight on their pancakes, we think it really shines when combined with complementary flavors. In the last four years, we have tested dozens of recipes with our dark, rich syrup, and here we have compiled a list of our favorites. We hope you enjoy making and tasting them for yourself.
