One 200 ml bottle covers it.
Ingredients
6 items · ⅓ cup of syrup
1 whole side salmon
⅓ cup maple syrup
3 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
1 tablespoon pepper, or less to taste
Method
4 steps · 15–18 min bake
Mix sauce ingredients in a baking pan just big enough for the salmon.
Place the salmon skin side down in the pan.
Scoop some sauce and pour over the fish.
Bake at 450°F for 15 to 18 minutes.
Notes
Skin side down, sauce spooned over the top. The Dijon and sesame oil keep the glaze from reading as sweet.
