Bigfoot Food Products, LLC (“we”, “us”) runs bigfootfoodproducts.com from our farm at 27960 SW Smithville Rd, Sheridan, OR 97378. This page explains what we collect when you use the site and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Orders. Your name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, and what you bought. We keep order records for our own bookkeeping and tax purposes.
- Payments. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, not to us; we never see or store it.
- Account. If you create an account, we store your login details so you can see past orders. Guest checkout is available if you would rather not.
- Newsletter and contact forms. If you sign up for syrup-season emails or send us a message, we keep your name, email and message so we can reply and so we can email you when new syrup is bottled. Unsubscribe links are in every email.
- Site analytics. We use standard, anonymized analytics to see which pages are visited. This does not identify you personally.
- Cookies. The shop uses cookies to keep items in your cart and to keep you logged in. You can clear them in your browser at any time.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We share it only with the services needed to run the shop: Stripe (payments), our shipping carrier (delivery), our email provider (newsletter) and our web host.
Your choices
